Ordered an item from China last week using Saver as delivery. Yesterday received email said my parcel has reached international line haul and shipped out using postal mail....

But till now the Laz apps still show “processing”..... is this normal? As least at Shopee I still can track the Chinese courier leh.... Thks.

yes it is normal. laz app>track package

after it pass to singpost/speedpost, it will normally take 3~5 working days to deliver. If the parcel doesn't deliver within the eta, most likely lost.

nope, they won't steal. most likely packer missed it etc.....
they pack hundreds parcels during peak period.

I found why computer parts kena stuck; they ran out of stock. Now have to fill up Lazada's form to get them to cancel then I go and buy personally -_-

is it me or lazada is getting worse. Now they charge shipping fees for taobao stuff.. 5 dollar item shipping is 7 dollars..

it been very long since they started charging $2.20 for every 500 grams, $5.90 for 1st kg.

still good if u ship fragile stuff.... got compensation if damaged.
