It is actually not a bad idea actually. I would really love to create a group for people who submitted document on the 15 Oct 2019 or later and post each other about any news or update. So we can heads up each other at the same time but one thing, does this site offer Personal Message?

I submitted my online application on 4/11/2019. I just received the email for doc submission today, 3/12/2019. So I guess it takes like one month?

They mainly asked questions like why do you want to join ICA? Did you apply any other government agencies? Reason why you want to leave for your current job? And i think the rest is mainly they will pose questions based on how and what you say.

Called and checked with them as well and the status stays the same ‘shortlisted’. Is there a chance where I will have to wait for the full 8 weeks and get rejected after all the wait?

Same, waiting since 4th December. Did you apply for DEI or DES?

Thank you for the clarification! Just wonder that if you wait the whole 8 weeks then they reject you. That will probably waste quite abit of my time. Hahah. But yeah will probably apply for others jobs as of now just in case!

I applied for DES. Thought it might be a good place to work hard and apply for scholarship since I’m not academically inclined and didn’t do well academically for most of my life.

After the panel interview will be medical appointment. Following which, they will decide whether to offer/reject. If offered, they will call to check on your availability date and then follow up with the letter of appointment.
