I think what is safe to conclude is that the current Ispoofer platform is compromised and not safe to use until the ispoofer developers find a solution.
So far I didn't see many posts of users reporting their RW there.
iSpoofer team got respond with an official e-mail acknowledging that some accounts got the strikes but found no evidence that a certain action can trigger the strikes. They also said they still made some improvements to the safety issue in the latest update and recommend the deletion of the old app and re-install it via their website via IPA or direct install.

I asked them I already installed their latest one previously and whether needed to re-install, they said yes. So I did it, even though same version and same cert.
