Don’t knoe why everyone say Ed screwed up haland deal.

this Riola came in to broker a better deal for haland and demanded all the funny clauses. 1 of which is the release clause of 60plus million next season onward which Dortmund agreed with.

Dortmund already has a stable squad n rely on a better scouting network, their own homegrown talents and some talented purchase usually funded through sales of their star players. Whereas we are rebuilding a squad and buying a one season player doesn’t fit into our philosophy at all, at least not now under ole&Ed. Maybe Pogba is that one season player that stayed too long 😛

if we signed j.sancho or a promising youngster, no one will complain.

but signing this 30yo from chinese league reeks of desperation. coupled with haaland's goal-scoring feats since joining dortmund, we totally missed out on the right signing.

who cares if halaand stays half season or 2.
can this igahlo score what haaland scored in 59mins, over the remaining season?

Until now still got people want Haaland. He choose BVB over us. His case is done. Stop saying we should get him. Not like we never tried. ED himself did a lousy job what. BVB was very straight forward and Haaland went there. With where we are now, be happy got player wanna come.

So if we missed out on Haaland, we have to go all the way to Chinese league to sign a temporary backup? I didn't know the Chinese league level is so close to EPL?! It's like since I can't score 100 in the exam, I will aim for 10, fck care about in between.

And he is not free like some says, 3m pounds loan fee plus 100k/week wage!

Given who is the agent, SAF would have also given a miss.

Not even close. That's why he can bang goals there and not here. But during his WF days he was just decent.

Ed must be thinking... since Jose also want this player, then he must be good.

Shows how desperate the club is, and how poor the decision making within the club.. absolute disaster...

Another point is the declining brand power, simply cannot attract top players

another alternative is piatek or cavani. likely to come if utd offer them high wages.
