Can only buy their nappa leather chair. Can last very long. Or their fabric softweave chair.

Which is why I opted for the softweave. Been a year and so far so good. No complaints. I think PU even the new one may not be as good as what they claim.

You're right, PU no matter how good will still peel.

While the stand and hand support are decent, the cushion pad for the seats are terrible. Been too hard at the front and too little padding towards the back where the hip and back will be, rendering back buttocks painful after sometime.

A solid built no doubt but I regretted buying the Titan 2020 thinking that the cushion will be comfortable to sit in for hours, given the soft weave material but comes out to be such hard material for the cushion. It is nowhere near the comfort of a car seat

PS: who want buy my Titan 2020 fabric black/blue? Only bought less than a month 🤣🤣, rarely sit

Honestly, the chairs are not crap, but not great either. But in short, it is overpriced for its quality. This is the typical quality of an office chair that you can get from say V-Hive or IKea. Peeling is common problem after some time. At least V-Hive and IKea don't sell it at premium price like this. Regardless, people are drawn to the "gaming" chair, where I see nothing gaming about it. :s22:

Why don't you check with Secretlab to see if this is normal?

I think it depends. Some people like me are less likely to mind a hard chair. After all, I am sitting on a ScanTeak chair with a thin cushion over it and have no issues.
