actually more people blame the bar than the foreigner. if u saw the comments, many ppl kp why the bar still open even after the govt announce that all bars should be closed.

:s13::s13::s13:
Should blame the Ang mo instead of the bar.

takes 2 to clap. if the bar establishment stubborn and keep open after govt advise to close, then they putting themselves and the customers at risk. which could have been avoided.

Vietnam also treat it very seriously when they have less than 150 cases they close most of the entertainment, while singapore have 400 case, nothing is close :s13::s13::s13:

Ho Chi Minh City officials have announced restrictions on organizing meetings attended by over 1,000 people. In addition, all bars, clubs, cinemas, massage parlors, karaoke shops, and online gaming centers will be closed from 6:00 pm on March 15 until March 31. Officials in Hanoi have implemented similar measures until March 31.

don't forget, vietnam is still a socialist country, what they portray to the news may not be the actual situation. there's a reason why many locals don't even have trust in their government, they think that what they report is not the truth.

also in vietnam, it's corrupt af. good for ppl with money. not good for the locals with no money or no say.
