You are right.
Under the existing SG policy you would be home quarantined in SG for 14 days.
How come Genting don't know these answers before they pitch their offers.

Haha i am also surprised they seemed to be trying to get the numbers locked before confirming with the authority, otherwise i never received any calls from them other than sms. They even offered to waive port tax for first passenger but gratuity applies.

If this is considered as a travel, i wouldn’t want to go with the current “banned”.

Coast Guard tells cruises to prepare to care for sick people for ‘indefinite period’

Seventeen ships are lined up at Port Miami and Port Everglades, with more than a dozen others hovering miles offshore. Most have only crew aboard, but several still carrying passengers are steaming toward South Florida ports. In SEC filings Tuesday, Carnival said it has more than 6,000 passengers still at sea. New sailings were halted by all major lines on March 13.

Under the new protocol, ships with more than 50 people aboard are being asked to stock up on medical supplies and medical staff, enough to care for patients “for an indefinite period of time.” All large ships have infirmaries equipped to deal with minor injuries and stabilize patients with more serious conditions.

Cruise ships seeking to send a sick person to shore must first consult with the Coast Guard, which may now recommend keeping the passenger onboard instead. If the transfer is OK’d, the cruise line is now responsible for booking commercial transportation to shore, a private ambulance, and confirming that there is a hospital bed available for the patient.

The memo also mandates that all ships in U.S. seas report an updated count of sick and dead people aboard each day or face “civil penalties or criminal prosecution.” It refers to this as an “on-going requirement.” Most cruise lines have been reporting illnesses publicly, though not daily.

Ships “loitering” just outside U.S. territory, especially those flagged to the Bahamas, are now asked to seek aid first in the Bahamas, before “seeking support from the limited facilities in the U.S.” This applies to ships that are registered in the Bahamas but owned by Miami-based companies including Carnival Corp., Norwegian Cruise Line

A flotilla of cruise ships is "lingering" off the east coast and refusing to return home, even after police ordered the ships to leave Australian waters.

Three are registered in NSW, but the others are not, and will not be allowed to dock in NSW. Fuller said despite being ordered to return to their port of origin, the ships are refusing to budge, and he has called for them to leave.

At least 18 foreign-registered ships were docked or floating in Australian waters, with an approximate total of 15,000 crew on board.
In New South Wales, the Voyager of the Seas and Celebrity Solstice, with approximately 1,200 crew each, were docked at Port Kembla near Wollongong, while the Radiance of the Seas (894 crew), Ovation of the Seas (1,500 crew), Spectrum of the Seas (1,551 crew) and Carnival Splendour (1,150 crew) were off the coast.

More than 400 coronavirus cases – 10% of Australia’s total – are from Ruby Princess cruise ship

As of Wednesday, six crew members from the Radiance of the Seas had been brought ashore to hospital, and there had been 79 confirmed cases of coronavirus linked to the Ovation of the Seas.
In Sydney, the Pacific Explorer was docked at the White Bay cruise terminal, while the Ruby Princess was off the coast.
In Queensland, the Sun Princess (924 crew), was heading to Gladstone, according to ship tracking site Marine Traffic. The Carnival Spirit (930 crew) was off the coast of Brisbane, while the Sea Princess (910 crew), Azamara Journey (408 crew) and Pacific Dawn were all floating off the Sunshine Coast. The Queen Elizabeth cruise ship, with 1,005 crew, was docked in Gladstone.
In Western Australia, the Artania cruise ship and its 450 crew refused to leave on Wednesday, after 29 Australian passengers on board tested positive for Covid-19 and were taken to hospital.

CDC Extends ‘No Sail Order’ for All Cruise Ships by At Least 100 Days

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention extended its “No Sail Order” for all cruise ships by at least 100 days -- or until Covid-19 is no longer considered a public health emergency.

The CDC said there are 100 cruise ships at sea off U.S. coasts, with 80,000 crew members on board. Twenty ships at port or anchorage in the U.S. have known or suspected Covid-19 among crew, according to the agency’s statement Thursday.

Will Cruise Ships sailing in Asia follow the rule?
