been awhile since i game but playing dota 2 tonight my ping keep spiking and delay, anyone playing on dota 2 on myrepublic has same problem?







any help from lawzer or MR?

Is it possible to have two accounts with MyRepublic under the same name? I am an existing customer and looking into signing up for my parent's apartment.

I am currently signed with Singtel over there but their service has been dreadful. So I am wondering if signing up with MyRepublic is still possible despite still having current month's outstanding bill with Singtel.

Hey there, we rotate our promos quite frequently, but we can't share a specific date when any of our promos will be refreshed in the interest of fairness to all our customers.

Mine also not any better, speed actually turn for the worst when circuit breaker was announce

Just had a chat with our network team. They report that we are not seeing network congestion, we're doing a few more checks but it seems like it could be due to higher traffic on destination servers.

singtel worse.. has been having spikes from 4ms to 40ms at arnd 8-10pm for a few minutes each time (dest server microsoft azure which has direct peering with them), traceroute reveals tampines telepark node as the culprit

Yup you can! You'll be given a separate customer ID to distinguish between your plans.

Hello, I am under contract for Singtel TV subscription but none for its fibre broadband.

Thinking of switching to MR for Fibre bcos I need static IP service for my NAS.

Question: can my Singtel TV still work if I sign up with a different ISP such as MR internet?

Do I need Singtel technician to come on site to do reset the TV settings, etc?

Does having static IP affect Singtel TV?

Hey there, if you're going to be activating your second port on your TP for MR fibre, then as far as we can tell, there will be no need for a Singtel Tech to come down.

Might be worth checking in with them however!

sign up with MyRepublic, wait for installation.. after network is up and running, THEN terminate with singtel.

Don't have to. I use a file manager like IDM and started getting a speed drop from 10Mb/s to 100k within seconds. It doesn't happen when I use a vpn

Using a VPN can just means using different routes to get the file.
Maybe the original route which Mr grabs data from have some issue, whereas ur Mr connection to ur VPN is fine . If u are throttled, with or without VPN, u r gonna get low speed

When the speed can suddenly drop to 100k+ from 10MB/s it looks like throttling to me
