Extension of the Movement Control Order

Following the announcement made by the Prime Minister, YAB Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin to extend the Movement Control Order (“MCO”), please be informed that Resorts World Genting, Resorts World Awana, Resorts World Kijal and Resorts World Langkawi will continue to be closed until 28 April 2020.

Operations at our Resorts will resume upon the lifting of the MCO. We will continue to monitor the situation and make the necessary announcements as more information becomes available.

We would like to assure you that, despite the temporary closure, we have heightened our already stringent hygiene practices to safeguard the health and safety of all our guests and employees. This will ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience once we reopen.

For further assistance or any queries, please contact our call centre at 03-27181118 or write to customercare@rwgenting.com.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation as we work together to eradicate COVID-19.

We look forward to welcoming you back to Resorts World Genting soon.

I copy and paste from RW Genting Website.

For your kind information.
