TV show brightness ard 50 to 60.
Movies 70 to 80. I'm not a fan of deepest black in movies.

In HDR mode, brightness is automatically maxed out.

For SDR, typically ard 10-15 in the day, 5-8 at night (max 50)

srt subtitles work. I always prefer Kodi. Not hard to set up. Can play local files, HDD or link to desktop PC.
