There are differences in warranty. Most of these Carousell sellers provide their in house warranty (1 year only) vs manufacturer's warranty by the big player (3 years).

So up to you if you want to take the risk.

Be wary when buying US TV set. The power input is different compared to Singapore and most of the US models do not come with international AC voltage. So you might need a two down transformer when using a US Set.

If the product is not made in USA, chances are many Asian manufacturers use Auto voltage power supply. It is not cost effective for keeping the different types of power supply.

Also these sellers already brought in certain models into Singapore.

If you search around, there is one guy who ordered from Amazon US. He connect to our local power supply and it worked even though the label says 110V (for US regulatory trade compliance)

Not all sets will have auto voltage must go for the tried and tested.

The only thing that will not work if it doesnt come with DVB-T2 for local use.

How about sellers like this:

https://www.carousell.sg/p/💯oled-65c1-ptb-w-free-200-e-vouchers-fn6tone-earbud-💯-1084175917/
It says local warranty.
Last time I got a dyson vacuum via Carousell and apparently it linked me to a HarveyNorman store. One of the salesperson put up his listings on Carousell. Perhaps this is also similar?

Yes, these types of sellers who have local sets with local warranty are usually roadshow salesmen from big electronic stores like Harvey Norman. You can ask them to send you an invoice first to be sure.
