Hello Sifus, first time buyer here and I really need some advice.

I am offered Jazz 1.3 @ 69,999.
COE Guaranteed 1-time @ 30k Rebate.
Free service for 1 year.
Warranty 5 years.

Comparing to PI's offer on FIT 1.3 @ 59,999.
COE 4 times non-guarantee (Topup 4,000 for guarantee).
Free service at 1,000KM only.
Warranty 5 years or 130,000 KM (whichever comes first).

What is your take on this?

I think u should excercise caution dealin with non AD especially during this period. We know this downturn affects every industry. Most companies big or small will experience somekind of cashflow issues. And PI, may not have financial resilience as ADs. So go in with eyes open.

Hi all. Any thoughts on Fit/Jazz 1.3 vs Swift 1.0 turbo?

Swift got v bad lag.

I test drive both, for normal driving , get fit 1.3

If looking at performance for this price range,
Get a mazda2.

V impressive

from PI, need to confirm if it is the G-Package (no rear wipers, no magic seat etc etc) or the more expensive G F Package ? Devil in the details ...

Thanks for the sifus advice. What is your views on the COE prices after the circuit breaker is lifted?

Can be 30k, 25, 15k.

So if your contract is 30k guaranteed and any fall below, you'll get a rebate... you have nothing to lose, really.

Even if COE drops 5k, overall car price drop 2k only. This is Uniquely Singapore. :)

Definitely this is not a bad choice. Like other said. During this ** period. It is better to get from AD rather than PI. 30k rebate is very generous to consumer. Some PI sell their fit slightly lower like 63k to 65k but the rebate could be as low as 22k.

Personally I feel coe will drop. So any coe amount less than 30k and u get back the balance.

But Mazda 2 Achilles heel is its space.
People often shun it because of its space, despite it has perky engine and superb gearbox.
