Volume auto increase on Win10

Anyone encountered that the volume auto increase to 100%? I'm on Win10 on HP Stream 11 laptop. Did everything I found online, update driver, rollback driver also can solve. Laptop is newly reformatted too. Very irritating issue. Even put on mute also will auto increase.

If reformatting doesn't solve it, means it is no longer a software issue, but a physical hardware issue. The keyboard might be malfunctioning, and perhaps caused by 'closed contact' on the membrane switch of the vol+ key. Try hammering on your volume + key repeatedly and see if the issue goes away.. My old hp probook used to press spacebar on it's own, just saying.
