Chigz Tech Android TV Box Charts for reference only.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...goa4_QfkDXn9us8GI649GxKDSgI/edit?usp=drivesdk

Performance from high to low (I have removed low score boxes and no brand generic boxes).
Box, Price in US$, Score

NVIDIA SHIELD TV PRO (2019) $199.00 5
NVIDIA SHIELD TV (2019) $149.00 4.7
FIRE TV CUBE 4K (2ND GEN) $119.00 4.8
MINIX NEO U22-XJ $169.00 4.6
BEELINK GT KING $118.00 4.4
UGOOS AM6 $129.00 4.5
BEELINK GT KING PRO $149.00 4.4
MAGICSEE N6 PLUS $122.00 4.5
FIRE TV STICK 4K (3RD GEN) $49.99 4.6
MECOOL KM1 COLLECTIVE ED $79.00 4.4
XIAOMI MI BOX S / MIBOX 4 $79.00 4.6

Low cost FireTV Stick 4K and Mi Box get the same score of 4.6, only behind Nvidia Shield TV Pro 2019, Amazon FireTV Cube 2.0 and Nvidia Shield TV 2019.

Amlogic and Nvidia chip will be rated here. Allwinner and Rockchip will be a miss no matter how good. :D

Allwinner does not have a compelling chip right now and not supported by Google. H6/H616 are not very good if compared to S905X2/X3.

Rockchip RK3318/3328 are only popular in low end boxes, and are no fight to S905X2/X3. Rickchip RK3399 is a very popular chip and supported by Google for Chromebook, but not for official Android TV OS.

So in the end, other than Nvidia, other Google certified boxes will have to use Amlogic chips like S905X/S905X2/S905X3. Most likely the new S905X4 will be used for future Google certified box.

S922X/S922H are kind of niche for high end boxes like the RK3399 previously, but Amazon FireTV Cube 2nd Generation is using the chip.

Qyzb still not working. This is taking very long.

If servers got seized by the authority, it may never come back or at least will take months for smaller players.

If they are just afraid and then go offline for a while to avoid the storm, then I think it will take at least a month.

You may want to check for legal subscription services like SingTel Cast or Starhub Go to see if they have the things for you.

old coming 4 years box himedia q10 pro
think not many ppl using it locally

That is still a very good box until today.

HiMedia does not seem to have the updated line up of 4k media player international version yet after the 2016 launch of the Q10 Pro.

On the other hand, they have new product for the Chinese market (no Google Play).

Zidoo has more up to date lineup for the international market.

Yes I agree. The ranking is for reference and the recommendation is towards new users. Experienced users will know what they want.
