Haha what better way for the ad to show up than during a horror show. I believe that ad should have made Conjouring 2 turn into a fairy tale show of sorts with its melancholic tone.

U only see this proj aggressively advertising n using alot of celebs to market it but the response/take up rate dont corresponde to their marketing effort

So many sinkies willing to pay ~$1.2k psf for an EC to stay near a hospital.
And if they have resale levy, it is even higher.
I'm quite impressed actually, although 2 of the units are pretty small, and 3 of them are almost a 4-rm flat size. I would guess that these 5 buyers are probably first timers, who are not hit by resale levy, and have a grant.
Im actually looking at it and Parc Canberra.
