So I got this problem starting few days ago.

When I press power button, there is no response from my PC. No light or any fan spinning. However, if I waited long enough, it will suddenly turn on by itself after 5+ min?
Once it is turned on, everything works as per normal.

This issue will reoccur again after I shutdown the PC and waited around more than 30min and try to turn on again. If I turn on again immediately after shutdown, it will turn on without issue.

I tried different power socket, doesn't seem to be the socket issue.

Is my PSU dying?

It looks like a PSU problem from what you have described.

Got a spare PSU to test?

Else, unseat everything first, and just see if the PSU can power up the board only.

I do have a spare Seasonic Gold 500w, but it has been in storage since forever... not sure if it will have any issue...
Now I also kinda regret making this built RGB...

Are you sure your spare PSU is good? You did say its been "in storage forever". I would try n see if a friend can help to help you test to double confirm before going for a motherboard RMA.

My 2 month x570 mobo was the same. Went to service center, confirmed dead by the tech. Replaced with another one.
