No news is good news. If it helps you in any way, I waited for about 3 months after my medical before I got the offer letter. They might be sorting you guys out in batches so as long as you don't receive any rejection letter, you still stand a chance.

I was in your shoes once and true enough, it wasn't a good feeling but it's worth the wait.

Yesterday I just called the HR , she say still need process lol need take quite some time lol , maybe really have to wait up to 3months after the medical check up

Just to check how long will they contact you for medical checkup and written assessment after the panel interview? For DEI

mine took only 2 days to get the notification for check-up, the person who went to the same panel interview as me got his within 2 weeks...but a rough estimate would be no longer than a month after your interview.

Process for DEI

Hi guys, just wanted to share the timeline of my application process because i have always been checking in for updates. I have gotten so dejected from time to time when the waiting time was too long ! But I think we have to understand the amount of applications and workload the hr has to handle so keep your hopes high

Applied : 10 Feb
Call interview : 12 March
Panel Interview : 6 April
Medical Assessment : 22 April
Verbal offer : 6 July
Letter of acceptance: 9 July

Hope this gives some reassurance !

hey guysss. just found this forum haha. I guess I'm not the only one waiting for a call from ica.. I had my phone interview in May an they say will get back to me in 8 weeks for my next interview.. still no news.

Did anyone undergo the second round, online interview. What questions would they ask? cause they ask the common interview questions like strength, weaknesses, tell me more about yourself, why join ICA all in the phone interview already so I am totally lost on how to prepare for this. And if get medical examination means confirm get the job?
