you can see netflix's show on many free apps, such as typhoonTV, cinemaHD, catmouseTV...etc. most of them are showing at 720p, some at 1080p.

why pay to get sub-standard 480p video? why pay for 4k tv to watch 480p video.

in the past, people are fine watching 240p or even lower resolution video, but after seeing 1080p and 4k picture, it is hard to go back.

so i recommend to buy a mibox s or any other box certified by netflix if you are subscribed to netflix.

Yup, under the uvod, navigate to web vod and follow. But ytd wasn't able to login till now also.

This is not from ub, someone created an app with live tv and VOD, called it UBTV.

The live tv is not working well, VOD is not bad.

Haven't switched on for some time, and couldn't open HDTV.

Tried to access the hidden apps, and it looked different from last time. Now it comes out with a place to key in the password. Entered 1111 also says wrong password.

Anyone can help?

PS. To resolve the unable to open HDTV, I've gone on to restore the box to default, and started reinstalling the apps. After a long time, still downloading after I clicked on them after the xpress install.

Not using Ubox or Evpad, but EVpad recently got it's servers seized by Chinese Authority. I believe they are in the process of recovery.

You may want to contact their new customer services to see if they can help you. Or you can contact local seller as well.

ub has better customer service.

recently when evpad was having problems, most of their sellers just stopped talking to customers.

No dedicated thread so this Ubox thread has become the thread also for EVpad.

But you can always start a new dedicated EVpad thread if you want.

Be careful there is an imitation call Eplay. The UI is similar to Evpad and not even cheaper.

I believe they are the same company. Eplay 3R Malaysia Edition is also from EVpad as far as I know.

Evpad's tablet brand is called Eplay. Somehow they also use Eplay for entry level TV box.

EVbox is another brand from EVpad.
