Now the D14 developing.
With kallang developing. Bto all rising there also.
Paya lebar transformation. Paya lebar quarter.
Bugis revamp with private housing.
Bidadari very near D14 also developing with parc colonial tre ver and woodleigh.
This is the area u wanna invest or stay with great potential. The Hdb housing in d14 always remain strong and rental is one of the highest.
It is no brainer on Penrose. My friend.
