Is this new? Citibank's version of a bank account with multiple interest tiers with various conditions.

Saw the ad in today's ST.

You will earn bonus interest on the Citi Wealth First Account if you have:

A new Citibank debit retail spend of at least S$250 per month or multiple retail spends amounting to at least S$250 in a month or;
A new single lump sum investment (unit trusts, structured notes and/or bonds) of at least S$50,000, multiple lump sum investments aggregating to at least S$50,000 in a month or;
A new insurance policy with a single premium of at least S$50,000, multiple insurance policies with aggregated single premiums to at least S$50,000 in a month or;
A new home loan (excluding interest offset home loans) of at least S$500,000 or;
An increase in your account’s average daily balance from previous month’s average daily balance by at least S$3,000

Spend - 0.2% p.a.;
Invest - 0.8% p.a. for 12 months;
Protect - 0.8% p.a. for 12 months;
Borrow - 0.8% p.a. for 12 months;
Save - 0.2% p.a.

Spend - need to use debit card so can’t use credit card. So you don’t get to click points/rebates/miles with cc
Invest and insure threshold seems high?
Borrow depends on ur current loan if any

not a fan of this criterias, if they has something like CIMB Fastsaver/RHB High Yield/Sing Investment GoSaver i would prefer..
