Not easy to enforce this act. First they must be homeless. If they have a roof over their head, half the battle lost. Secondly, not giving cash is not wrong. As long as can prove you provide for their daily necessities, you win. So dun worry too much. They can sue all they want but not easy to win. Unless they are homeless n penniless then you suay.
