~430SGD for the 5600x,
~640SGD for the 5800x
~780SGD for the 5900x

Putting it in local currency really puts it into perspective. It's expensive for as heck for entry-level and it doesn't seem like a value pick. Upselling for sure

if 6 months down the road, sales doesnt pick up as expected, price may adjust down.

The idea of Budget zen 3 has been blown away. AMD are starting to go in with premium pricing due to the success they have had with the Ryzen architecture!

Limited stocks and it will fly off the shelfs during launch, price will not adjust much until AM5 launch.... or intel come out with a more superior CPU (unlikely until 2023)....

Why should they charge less than the previous generation RRP for much higher performance and possibly lower yields due to unified cache?

I'm not asking them to charge less during their debut sale. That's my own reasonable price, for myself:(

unless they stopped 3 series production, else if there is option, take up rate for 5 series may be affected.

Wonder how much of an upgrade would the ~$650 5800x be over the $450 3700x
