I want to make chocolate fluffy bread cos very rare to find in local confectionary and also I want to make my bread truly chocolaty taste.

But alot of kneading done. The videos look like very easy to make.

At the moment very interested in baking brownies.
I do bake others like pineapple tart for cny/new york cheesecake/basque burnt cheesecake/banana cake/triple choc cake/mini snowskin mooncake/durian agar agar etc etc..

Did yall try rice cooker before? I see like online some videos the bread looks so good and fluffy. And looks so simple to make, like just mix ingredients then put inside and cook. haha although I don't know how true.
