pool reservation is at level 16 near to the main swimming pool. it is just beside the counter issuing free bath towel. take note 1 reservation per slot. only after the 1st reservation slot is utilized, then you can reserve the 2nd slot after that.

Same for gym reservation at crystal life spa, 1 reservation per slot

Please take note that for dream dinning room it is 1st come 1st serve and if not available they will give you a queue number and return on the time stated. This process is quite fine.

I still see ppl go there and expect to go in and make noise if they tell them to take a queue number. If u so hungry then go early.. Everyone also take a queue number and wait. Otherwise go lido and queue and go in or go blue lagoon and pay lol....

Hint is plan your meal times well. If you want to go later u can go and get a queue number 1st and ask for a later timing.. The SDA has been helpful in managing the crowd and explaining to this ppl..

1) Yes you can. but there’s so much mineral water and you can boil water onboard. so not sure why you need to bring more?
2) Unlimited orders on inclusive restaurants. can visit all the inclusive restaurant as well.
3) Dream dining take away - i don’t think so, never heard anyone bring back food. maybe at level 16 Lido international buffet you might be able to. 24hrs snack bar yes you can bring back the food to your room.

Hi, may I know where can we obtain free mineral water onboard?

I have read somewhere that Dream Cruise will collect our passport when we board the ship and keep it till we disembark. Is this true?

Can I confirm that we are unable to choose our stateroom (i.e. choose which deck, aft/mid/forward) at time of booking?

We also cannot choose the check in timing, right?

Thanks.

every day, when the housekeeping comes to tidy up your room, they will refill e mineral water based on the pax inside e room.

for now, dc will not keep the passport for u already.

for the rooms u prefer, u can ask the agent to key as special request. depends whether dc will give u the room u want.

Every cabin has 2 bottled mineral water daily, not sure if you can request more. The water from the cabin water tap is drinkable. Or else you can refill water from the lido with your own bottle.
If you are on beverage package, you can get Evian bottled water from any bar.
However, they do provide bottled mineral water when you join exercise classes onboard.

They do not collect or hold on to your passport. You will still clear the immigration as per normal and when they issue the mice pod/room card at the Pier, they need your passport but will return you back. You will keep your passport throughout the cruise.

During booking, you do not get to choose your room level or whether its FWD/MID/AFT. You choose your room category and the confirmation email will state your room number which you can reference to the World Dream deck plan to see where is your room.

You can always get the bottle mineral water at the casino floor/table. Just ask any of the casino table. The cabin tap water is drinkable & boilable.

Check in covid test time is auto assign by their system. Going earlier 30mins to 1hr is ok...Going later is always not an issue but before 6pm. i suspect higher deck is always earlier check in times cos lower decks will disembark last..

Cabin assignment they can assign you if book direct with DC.. I rem my 1st cruise in GD which i purchase direct with DC i ask them for deck 13 mid and they assign for me. Check with the booking hotline.

After u got your confirmation, you can request from thru the live chat for the deck you want subject to the availability. I was given deck 10 but I requested deck 13. They change for me.

Anyone knows if staggered check-in/testing under same booking is acceptable?

My kids would like to embark earlier to play, but I can only be at cruise terminal at 6pm.

Tried checking with DC, but yet to get any response...

Btw does Palace guest have separate contact point, similar to what RC have for suite guest?

In the same cabin no need to test/check in and embark at the same time.. Is up to you not the cruise company.. Your kids/family can go onboard 1st and you come later is fine..

Hi,

So does that mean we need not follow the given COVID-19 test time given upon check-in?

Thank you.

Need advice from experts here. I only been on genting dream once and world dream once. Seldom gamble so not familiar with the points and redemption system.

My mother has about 114 tp and 25k pp. So 60 tp will be deducted by end june for gold tier for coming jul to dec? What happens if she uses say 110 tp for redeeming stuff before june? 2nd half of the year she downgrade to classic?

Her 25k pp is neither here nor there. If she doesn't hit 30k by end june before they all expire, what should she use it for besides normal comp cabins for 2nd half of the year?

TP cannot be used for spending, only PP can be used for spending. PP can be used to pay for your gratuity, taxes, or upgrade your cabin to balcony/suite.

Make sure to utilise them before the expiry date.

So i assume your mum is already gold and she have 114TP as of today. Quite the same as me.

So after june we will renew gold tier and all will be reset to zero and will start to aim to renew gold again.. TP got no monetary value nor redeem it is only use for status or TP promos onboard this TP promos is on that cruise only and currently is damm lousy

PPs have monetary value. It can be use to offset charges onboard, redeem e-credit and redeem cabins. PP has expiry date so please check carefully. So ask your mum go another time and hit 30K PP then can redeem a 2N suite. My best advice. if 45K even better then can redeem 3N suite.
