The metreopark hotel Kowloon is formerly known as Metropole, it's located at waterloo road. I stayed there years back, it's not bad but abit far from the MTR and nite mkts. But now they have shuttle bus to ferry u from the Mtr station.

I just came back from HK yesterday and stayed at the Metropark Mongkok. It's besides the Prince Edward MTR's exit and abt 5 mins away from Ladies mkt. This hotel is not bad lah, got small eatery/cafe shops besides it. You can take the airport bus express A21 (HK$33) from the airport to the doorstep of this hotel.

Hi everyone, I am planning a trip to HK & Macau at the end of the year. However i got a budget, am looking for a hotel (Not Hostel) of abt SGD 100 per nite? any recommendations? I saw qqspot recommendation of the apt in causeway bay. Is there any review on that before. How much is it for a room with queen bed?

Thanks

Regarding the octopus card, i read that it cost only HK$50 to travel the MTR for whole day BUT it is applicable to travel via KCR?

Where can we purchase the octopus card? At any MTR station?
