Hi All,

Just booked my trip to Macau/HK, November 1-5....

Took Tiger Air offer for 4 cents per tix heh to Macau airport... end up plus insurance is SGD436.16 for me and me mom... found this bit simply staggering for airfare price...

Used Zuji.com.sg to book 2 nights in HK (Prudential) and 2 nights in Macau (MGM Grand). Power of Internet heh! Since haven't actually stayed cannot confirm that all will go well but so far price and e-voucher looks good heh...

Quite excited to go so maybe will ask the resident gurus for comments after compiled/posted my itinerary. So far this thread and the information in the forum is amazing.... but need to do a lot of 'data mining' lol....

In general we aiming to enjoy more.... not hardcore shopping....

For myself I looking for Gundam toys (ready built), Transformers, Macross Frontier (hope is out by then), etc.... A big shout out and thanks to all those who posted here.... great help to me!

Congrats and enjoy yr honeymoon. Will let the rest fill u in on hotels. As for the weather in Feb, can be rather chilling. Should be around 15C but can go either way. This year it dropped down to a single digit, especially during the nights and early morning.

Langham will be nice, i think if book direct from hotel is cheaper. It is a 5 star if i'm not wrong.

Enjoy your big day soon.

Hi had booked a F&E HK trip for my family end-Nov to early Dec. Will have 8 full days of enjoyment day, minus out the flight dates... having such a long period, due to members include young children and senior. hence need to take it slow, cannot rush.... :s13:

Besides the standard places of interest, eg Victoria Peak.... Disneyland and Ocean park will not be missed out for the kids, while Big Buddah and 1000 Buddha will not be missed out for the senior. any other suggestions of good places to include in this trip?

Will probably include 1-day trip to Macau. may i know what to visit in Macau besides the torn-wall of the catheral? If is to the new casino, how to get to it from the Ferry terminal?

Hi, maybe you can consider Korea or Japan. Will be nice for young couples! I had my honeymoon in Korea 8yrs ago, but includes my friend and wife. Many friends said why this couple came to spoil our honeymoon, but in fact thinking back, I find it memorable, cos the trip becomes more lively and fun with someone you know going along, joining the same table with you for meals, hanging around, rather than only 2 of us with 'strangers' in the group!
