This is like underground casino. They dont care that much on age limit and attire.
I wore bermuda and Crocs shoe. No one stop me.

You have to surrender your passport once you get onboard LW.

If you need to get extra cash from the counter, you can use NETS or Credit card.
They do charge extra 2% and S$20 service fee.

Call them at 62142822 or 90034448 for more info

Happy gambling......

Long time didnt go there, it's time to pay them a visit.

Yes, once you enter LW, they will collect your passport.
You will only get it back when you want to return back to Singapore.

Betting depends on timing.
Per bet minimum S$5. But during weekend or at night, the bet will be higher.

1) Once you pass them yr passport, you can go to the Reception counter (lobby area) to get rebate for yr ferry ticket inexchange for rolling chip.

2) If you are getting a room, you can also use rolling chips to exchange for a free room.

3) If you are a hgh roller, go to the upper floor casino (there are 2 deck), change to rolling chips. You will get some commission rebate.

There are 2 rolling chips dealer. 1 of them is LW. The other is private company.
I forgoten which 1 give higher rebate.

For more details, call them directly. Old man poor memory. Forget liao.

Good luck

Anyway, you will also need to bring your passport to pass thru' Singapore Customs at the ferry terminals be it HarbourFront or Tanah Merah Ferry terminal. When you get on board Leisure World, you submit your passport and ferry ticket and remember to collect your ferry ticket after they will put a number sticker on your ferry tix as that ferry ticket is your way to exchange back your passport before you board the ferry back to Singapore.

As for attire, no slippers, no tanks.. T-shirts and Jeans are fine.

I remember that there used to be a $18 or $20 ferry fare if you take the last ferry of the nite from Mon to Thu from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. Not sure if they still have that.

Change minimum $2K with the house junket, commission is 1%. $10K is 1.2%.

I think the private junket offers better commission if I'm not wrong.

If you wish to change your chips for a free cabin, is $1000 during weekdays, and $2500 during weekends on top of the rebate for your ferry ticket.

If you take the last ferry to LW @ 2020hrs, you pay $12. Change $100 rolling chips at the counter, rebate back $10 in cash. It's the same, bro. :D

Besides Leisure World, there are other similar ships that emphasizes more on gambling, but offer lesser entertainment like the Long Jie and Royale Star.

All you have to do is to pay the ferry fares inclusive of seaport tax to the respective ferry counter, Leisure World is $42, while Royale Star is $20. You can get back refunds of your ferry tickets in terms of cash rebates or rolling chips when you change into rolling chips (or non-negotiating chips). Sad to say, there's not much facilities to enjoy in these ships. Basic facilities like a lounge, massage palour, arcade gaming machines, or some court games, that's all.

If you wish to extend to another day, you just need to pay a token to extend, or change into rolling chips to waive off the extension.

Other luxury cruise ships like Royal Caribbean International, Star Gemini or Viro offers a variety of entertainment ranging from international performances to karaoke singing, besides casino plus international buffet.

Btw I'm going to Royal Caribbean International on 12th Jan 2009.

Tanah Merah Tel: 62142822
Harbourfront Tel: 90034448 (Only depart @ 1130am, one timing)

Royale Star is further. Total journey is about 2 hrs, while Leisure World is about 1 1/2 hrs.

take wat boat to go to leisure world?
is there a leisureworld counter at tanahmerah ft?

You can take ferry from tanan merah ferry terminal (almost hourly) or harbourfront centre.

But there's only one departure timing in harbourfront centre, which is 1130am.
