Surprisingly I haven't experienced knee pains before, other than from that epic fail landing off the SOC ramp in NS..the only other sport I play is basketball though..no problem with that so far. I'm not sure if that's because I do lots of squats??

Thanks for the tip!! I'm actually also thinking of including pushups as daily exercises in addition to chins. :)

Consistent and more frequent weight training will enhance the performance of all the above activities greatly. :)

Any particular exercise you recommend? I do weights 3x a week on Mon, Wed, Fri...Mon and Fri for upper, Wed for lower

Just recently bulked up 4kg. but i did notice more vascularity now though.

Here's my fat self at 1.71cm and ~71kg :(

Still got the stubborn abdominal fat! :(
