Recently, it has come to my attention that some forumers have been asking for the following:
- Freshies to help them secure a hall, then let them stay
- Asking those who have secured a room to rent out to them
Please note that such acts are not allowed in NTU. if u missed the cut off, u missed it. if you find the hall system stupid, then unite with those who feel the same as you and fight for change, not engage in such acts.
Posts of the abovementioned nature will be deleted. Thanks

Section 4b,c and 5
Rightful Room Occupancy
a. Residents are not to exchange or transfer their rooms without approval from the Housing
Services Office/Hall Office.
b. Residents are not to sublet their rooms or allow another person to take over the room by
residing under the rightful occupant’s name. The unauthorized tenant shall be treated as an
illegal squatter. The errant resident and the illegal squatter shall then be dealt with accordingly,
with respect to Clause 4(c).
