Studied the floor plan already and found there is 2 balcony and a big yard area in all the 4 rooms and most of the 3 rooms units. Which is really a wastage and too many toilets too imagine 4 toilets in a 4 room apartment lol. People who wanna buy should seriously think of it as the rooms will be really small after deducting those balcony, yard, pes areas.

Using the lowest pricing, for 4room aka 3 bedder, Trillant is 682k (indicative) compared to 511k in Centrale 8 DBSS. Trillant is about 1.33times of Centrale 8.

P/s: this is not a fair comparison though as this will be private.

That's 3 room price, 4 room starts from S$971k compare to as I remember S$790k for centrale 8. The difference is $180k.

Difference in terminology.

3bedder for EC == 4room for DBSS. My pricing above is for that.


For your comparison (4bedder aka 5room BTO/DBSS), it should be:
$971k compared to 680k for centrale 8.

SINGAPORE: Mainboard-listed developer Sim Lian Group has launched a new executive condominium project in Tampines Central 7.

The Tampines Trilliant will open for application from Friday till next Tuesday (January 27 to 31). The booking date is on February 4.

Sim Lian said prices for the 670-unit development start from S$682,000 for a three-bedroom unit, and from S$971,000 for a four-bedroom unit.

The project, which comprises 12 blocks, is expected to receive its Temporary Occupation Permit in March 2015.

There's alot of things to compare.

those who think they can afford it, you can own it, but really cannot afford it.



anyway, how come nobody factor in the maintance fees in your monthly cost?:s22:

ec comes wif condo facilities like swimming pool etc, while dbss is juz a high class hdb rite?
