initially dont wanna boxup the trunkings, but gave in due to the boxup area is not too much. if leak then tear away the partition and im okay with not boxing up back.

aircon tested okay and all wrapped up. i opted for one time installation..

Those catechin filter attached to the aircon filter (mits starmex).

How effective is it? Do we need to replace this yearly?

The filter (catchin) I believe can't be washed.
Actually the normal filter will do a good job.
No need to replace it if it's dirty, just remove it.

Which is better for the aircon and also consume less electricity?

Fan on number 3 setting (max) but temperature 26 degrees. Or Fan on number 2 setting (middle) but temp 25 degrees?

I ask because I think my fan gonna conk liao. When on number 3 is damn noisy, cannot sleep. When I put number 2 is ok. But on fan speed 2, 26 degree like cannot feel the cool air at all so must set to 25 degree.

I heard some ppl said fan speed should always be max 'cos lower setting will have condensation then aircon will spoil faster. Is that true?
