I'm based in Singapore and I'd like to enquire about the UK coffee machines.

1. I understand from Krups that under the 2-year international warranty, I need to send the machine back to UK (the place of purchase) for repair and to bear the necessary freight and transport charges?

2. Where is the Singapore Krups service centre located?

3. Upon expiry of warranty, what is the rough estimated range of repair charges?

4. What if upon receiving the machine (unused), I realise that the coffee machine is spoilt? Can I exchange the coffee machine for a new one (from Krups/Magimix)?

5. Is the warranty valid in Singapore for Magimix coffee machines bought in UK? I remember reading that Magimix coffee machines normally carry 3-year international warranty?

6. Is there a Magimix service centre located in Singapore?

7. What brand is the Aeroccino bought in UK? Is the warranty valid in Singapore and for how long? If the unused machine is not working, am I able to exchange for a new one?

8. I'm considering the Pixie Red and Green coffee machine and an Aeroccino.
