I can't do weighted ones anymore... My left elbow tendinitis will flare up if I do & I can't go to failure any more either.:(

I blame the preacher curls I did when I was younger..

Eh, the prize idea not bad leh, haha. but maybe end of year? all of us pool some money then buy something? can be gym-related (like maybe supplements) or totally unrelated item also can.,

should come up with challenges like, do the maximum chin ups in like 15mins or something.. :D

pull up is a super good exercise...it helps to build arm muscles also

the max i can do is 16..now in gym, i will do 8 reps, 3 sets.


btw, anyone know the diff between wide grip underhand pull up and narrow grip? narrow grip train biceps more?
