We have honored every machine's warranty here in the last 6 years.

As specified in the thread.
For any issues, users can notify me for basic troubleshooting.
We will verify and differentiate between user's setting errors, and real malfunctioning/defects.

Once confirmed it's indeed faulty, we will arrange for the process to get it serviced.

We put technical support ahead of any other queries and we are sure sets here are definitely serviceable.
Thanks for your reply. So you mean the warranty will be honoured by you guys and not nespresso then? Generally how long would it take to repair if the unit does become faulty?
