Eng's Noodles House @ 287 Tanjong Katong Road. 5/6 score for Makansutra 2013.

S$4 portion. Eggy & springy noodle, old school wanton, a bit inconsistent, but still very nice. :look:

S$3 for a plate of fried wanton. Boiled ones are nicer.

S$5.50 only. Dunno much about authentic ramen but everything seems so nice to me. From the power soup, soft 'charsiew' to springy noodle.

It's non halal. But no pork no lard. Think to cater to less strict Muslim eaters. That time the few of us went down to eat, they don't allow us to eat the char siew which we bought somewhere else.

Uncle, I was talking about Mata Thai.

FoodieFC talking about Mata Thai, then swordsman ask him if it's non-halal and then talk about his trip to West Co'z Cafe which he said was halal.

My bad, thought you were talking on West Co'z Cafe.
