hi, some qns here.
im slightly fat, with most fats around the tummy area.
currently going to gym abt 3 times a week.
if i wants to lose fat and gain lean muscle.
shld i get fat burner or take protein whey as a supplement?
currently looking at Syntha 6 or dymatize elite whey protein.

maybe sazuro,frostbyte or someone else as knowledgeable should come up with a thread titled "SHOULD I GET A FAT BURNER?" and get that stickied.
stickies are too detailed for the lazy to find. And we can't control the lazy.
These "Fat burner/ Mass gainer" qns are like FAQs in the forum lately.
