Guys, I am also totally buoyed by the looks of the iron, basically I prefer the squarish look rather than that roundish look from S3 onwards; currently holding a S2.

But the thicker body slightly restraining me from getting this phone, full specs I haven't compared hence hoping for some advice; though I heard is slightly worse than S4.

Anyone have problem sending long SMS? I can't seem to as I think it will convert long SMS to MMS which is not supported.

Edit- seems to be due to be related the the +65 issue.

This is indeed an interesting LTE phone to own. However, all our 3 Singapore Telcos use 1800MHz & 2600MHz whereas the 3 South Korea Telcos uses a mix of 850MHz, 900MHz, 1800MHz, 2100MHz. How compatible is this phone to our local LTE network and any drawbacks on the LTE speed?

Can anyone do a speedtest?

Funny.........
Putting 2 phones side by side - Optimus Pro G and the Iron A870K,
The Pro showed '4G' on the status bar while the Iron showed '3G'.

Settings on both phones are set to 'Automatic' :s11:

On what network? I think for Iron may need to set manually if on M1 LTE network.

How is the battery life? I know it has 2 battery and each with 2150mah. :/

Been asked & answered earlier in the thread -

Battery life is excellent! With wifi or 3G, Bluetooth & NFC on throughout most part of the day & screen brightness on auto, low or lowest setting (anything else is just too bright!) from 8.30am to 11pm, I still had 15% left
