I am in China now, will be here for a while, having issues surfing.

Which is the most value for money option i have, in terms of easy to use vpn setup, just install and hassle free, not too technical.

I used OverPlay when I was in China. These days my own OpenVPN at home is sufficient to go around Great China Firewall in various tier2 & 1 cities.

I'm not sure where you stay in, but beijing's firewall is tighter than other cities, try out the providers before you commit. And since you've live in china for a while, you can buy and try from taobao too, it costs $1-$2 SGD per month.
