I agree that with a Business Graduate can't teach much in Sch for Science related subjects but it does not mean that Engineering Graduate should be assign to teach Business related subjects.

When my brother is in Sec Sch, his PRINCIPLES OF ACCOUNTS teacher main job is a PE teacher and he is the only teacher teaching accounting subject in sch. His teacher is an Engineering Graduate but not sure if he have accounting knowledge. My Brother get a C6 for his GCE O result while his Sec Sch cohort have 80% failure rate for that subject.

This is what I am unhappy with our government & MOE education system & management. In my brother case if he is train by a Business Graduate, will my brother & his cohort perform better for his PRINCIPLES OF ACCOUNTS subject?

u must remember that if u have generic degree, you cannot teach specialised subjects, whether your degree is local degree or DL.

to be honest with you i don't think these courses are worth it. the formulas are basic sec sch math... if you could do it back then you can certainly do it now.

i took one week leave to study full time and got 750+.

my strategy was: take 1 official test to familiarize with question type and format. take diagnostic tests in official guide to understand which kind of questions i was weak at. focused on those sections using the kaplan gmat 800 advanced prep book.

memorised a standard framework for essays.

took a second practice test the night before.

get a good nights sleep and prepare a lot of caffeine.

Jsm 750+
