i used to download the my fitness pal app. its similar right?



but i used it to count calories last time. was on a 1000kal diet which is.....
it make me very jumpy and crappy if i exceeded it.
and of cos i didnt lose weight

i will try it again to monitior my carbs instead!
i find that fitnesspal isnt very good for me... fitday was ok...

1000kcal diet will send u to the doctor sooner than u think
