Good...why not good. The condition is mint, other than a blemish on the windows logo at the back. Battery was 0 wear on first charge, sitting at 1.1% now.

From the same seller?

I ran a system check when I got home, it indicated that the OS was installed in the morning before I picked it up. Seller might have checked ahead of time to see if there was a problem. Better check with Microsoft, I don't think the seller is dishonest though, especially if your packaging was all in order.

I bought mine from challenger lei

so far, very happy with the pro2.
maybe i'm using it more as an ultrabook replacement.

hence, i'm very happy with the current battery life (been running it for 4 hours, with 20% of juice to go) as i've been running updates, software installations, surfing and syncing of my files. however, if you are looking for a standard tablet kind of battery life like ipad or other androids, you'll be disappointed.

weight wise, same...as i'm using it occasionally as tablet, it's not bad. however, it's definitely not meant for prolong usage as a tablet. possible strain on the wrists/hands. but ultrabook/laptop wise is great.

now if my freedom case could fly here soon...May can't come fast enough.

Man of action... great that u are enjoying ur sp2.

yes, its a little too naked especially with its vapourMg body, and the freedom case is a little far away, looking at 2-3months,

go get a sleeve for netbook first or get a temp case, funan 4/5th level china guy, selling surface pro leather case, about $30-35. i don't really like it, it has magnets on the front of case. read from xda, magnets is bad for the capacitive touch screen.

or get this Maroo - Cases, Covers, and Accessories for iPad, Kindle 3 and Android tablets
shipped it over is faster than the freedom, about a week. like the SG Bumper, Maroo - Cases, Covers, and Accessories for iPad, Kindle 3 and Android tablets

Been eyeing the Surface ever since it was released, I love the clicking sound of the keyboard to the surface, finally getting my hands on one, can click for all I want :s13:

I'm using a sleeve case too.. its great as a ultrabook mode case, but not so nice in tablet mode. As when taking it out to read as a tablet, its naked again.

I read some reviews and on youtube, the incipio feather snap on case is not very well made. Surface Pro 2: Incipio Feather Ultra Thin Snap On Case Review - YouTube

Incipio Case for Microsoft's Surface Pro 2 & Pro - YouTube

Maybe when you get it. you can do a review on it.. (Hopefully they have improved it)

Incipio feather snap on case is not for me as i don't use the cover keyboard. I don't like the feel of both the touch and type cover (feels like the acer keyboard, preferred island keys). So I carry a 3rd party keyboard bluetooth keyboard (like the apple bluetooth keyboard type).
I have ordered the Maroo case. not here yet...

ya, still holding my fingers on buy button for the incipio one.
trying to find a case which can allow my screen to be propped up at almost 90 degree.

The maroo one has a build-in kickstand in the case. so it can prop up. So its great for sp1 since it can hv more than 1 or 2 angle. or can just flip it around n its like a normal ipad case typing mode.
