Sorry am a noob here, usually what you guys eat for LCHF in normal Singapore food court and hawker center??

Acv corrodes teeth? :eek:

all acidic food / sour food will have some form of corrosion on the teeth, just dont let it linger in your mouth for too long.
can try rinsing your mouth after drinking. dont leave the residue overnight.
avoid brushing your teeth immediately after drinking acidic stuff as the acidic residue are still in your mouth. brush it later.
use a straw to avoid it in contact with all your teeth.

Nah it's just fear mongering

You literally need to starve for weeks before that happens

I have been on pretty long fasts and i have not lost muscle mass either

i thought those pow starved for so long and are reduced to bones. where got store fats ?

Eat less fat? Great advice NOT

haha wth, those are extreme cases. they ate very little for months on end and also did slave work, how to store fat? :s22:

what level do you mean? consumption of fats level? no, no cap on that but there is only so much fat you can eat before you feel too damn full.

really? so its not too high? because the doc told me to moderate my health and go for regular check up. :(

Ask your doctor what is he basing his recommendation on :s13:

Of course he will tell you to come for more regular check ups
How else is he going to pay for his new BMW?

Anyway, do you know how cholesterol readings are derived?

Go find out - you will end up knowing more than your doctor

ldl, hdl, trig, blood sugar level.

all 300..

that person is probably already dead.

but i see that my glucose is good, blood pressure is normal 118/76. i believe i should be fine i guess. lol.
i will try to read up more on cholestrol! thanks!

Any LCHF expert can advise is there any good and healthy LCHF food available in orchard area? Cause I work there and everywhere is like have rice and noodles one. Please advise and thanks a lot.

I seldom go to orchard. all else fails, pack your own lunch.

ehhh i got read! haha.
but i dont take alot of rice, noodles and bread :( maybe its just the pineapple tarts.
i have change for the better now hahaha. im at 30gm per day.

p.s: "Dr. Mary C. Vernon has said that one of the surefire ways of knowing someone is low-carbing correctly is their HDL is above 50 and their triglycerides are under 100." hahaha yay

i dont take rice anymore..
not counting the days in taiwan haha.

and to the guy thats asking milo. i think u should avoid that. because all milo are 3 in 1 nowadays. and has sugar.
