list wat you ate for the past few days.

When I first started out, i only take lard and minced meat at the ratio of 2 to 1 in top of the high number of eggs in the diet. no veg, nuts nor dairies at all. worked out fine.

more often than not, migraines are caused by carbs (is your carb intake below 50g?). suffered 2 migraine attack a couple of years back. once on lchf, never heard of anymore.
think should be eggs, salmon, brocolli and bacon lately.
had my period started few days ago.
usually my period has migraine accompanying it. except it lasted slightly longer this time
