i think my mum keep the skin. Usually with eggs or black bean

the skin looks very thick to me man. and i stir fry for quite long alrady still quite hard.. feel like did i cook the wrong way or something.
a friend suggest to soak in salt water first. is this ok?

how do u all cook bittergourd?
need to cut off the skin?

Slice thin fry eggs
Finger size fry dao see (fermented black beans)
Big chuck cook soup with pork ribs

heh heh. thats why i remove already.. and saw the seeds.. and thinking.. why my bittergourd left so little now heh heh heh..

Any kind sexperts here can help me interpret my Cholesterol numbers? :o

Total Cholesterol: 230
HDL: 69
LDL: 145
Cholesterol/HDL Ratio: 3.3
Triglyceride: 77

Doc say I have raised cholesterol.....

By right, if on LCHF, the HDL should be high and LDL should be low right? :s11::s11::s11:
