Just for everyone's updates.

Expobar's Pulsar and Control had been revised to S$1398 and S$1598 respectively. (Probably temporary)

Both machines are heat exchangers, with preinfusion system under Expobar's proprietary, and on commercial grade spares.

You can also order the Bezzera BB005 grinder at $499 after $100 off with purchase of machine .

Coffee Grinder - Bezzera BB005, Fine Coffee Company Singapore Malaysia

This combo of the Expobar Pulsar with a Bezzera BB005 grinder at $1897.

Should totally throne the market as the best money for quality one can buy for those aiming for a below $2000 set up.

For the same money, you can probably only get an outdated domestic single boiler in Singapore.

This is a new commercial heat exchanger with useful features like low water indicator, steam and brew, release valves, etc.

Finally purchased the Brewtus.
After owning a Jura and Nespresso, I believe this should be the last stop. Since it's reputable that they can last forever.

For those considering between Nespresso and this.
Take note the cost of running the Nespresso for just a year can easily cost $1k. You have limited choices, and it's damn hard to get the capsules. The machines also don't seem to long, the extraction thins alot after a year.

As for the Jura, it costed me even more than the Brewtus machine. The repair costs and cleaning time is crazy.

Damn u are tempting me
I have the entry nespresso at office for quick fix

Jura ena in my storeroom cis the output sux now and after servicing still same . Wanna sell also no pple want

Similar situation like u

How long to prep to make a cuppa?

It takes about the same time a barista at Starbucks makes your coffee. Probably about 2 mins.

My maid had already mustered it.
Last week was my daughter's first month celebration.

My visitors thought I've specifically hired a professional barista. haha

Also note that the $100 off for the grinder is strictly limited to one per machine.

Nothing mechanical and electronics parts last forever. They too require servicing and cleaning.

U can hoot a machine cheap from Salvatore kicker starter not sure if he can do a 220v. All his machines carry a 6 yr warranty

Bezzera BB005 Coffee Grinder(RECOMMENDED)

BB005.png

We believe that a coffee grinder is as important as a machine to making perfect shots.
The Bezzera BB005 Coffee Grinder is definitely the best solution we can suggest for a smaller environment.

Aside from grind quality and the consistency, the 3th most fundamental element a coffee grinder can do is how well it helps to preserve the beans.
Coffee should be kept away from humidity, UV light, heat and oxygen.
The deterioration of the freshness directly affects the taste of the coffee.
It will also lower the quality of extraction more than anything.

Most coffee grinders in the market focus on just grind quality and consistency.
The emphasis of preserving the beans is always lacking.
This is where Bezzera BB005 Coffee Grinder excels.
Bezzera is one of the few who really understands what’s important to coffee.

For smaller consumption, it is best recommended to purchase your coffee from a fresh source in small amount.
The recommended pack size of beans to purchase is 0.1KG to 0.25KG.
This should be sufficient for less than a week of usage.
It has a small hopper at an appropriate size of 0.25KG.
The small amount of space limits oxygen and humidity in.
The hopper is tinted, to reduce of damage from UV light

The Bezzera BB005 is a Grind On Demand coffee grinder.
That will mean that the coffee isn’t left in powdered form until it’s required for use.
Coffee in powdered form oxidises much faster.

It has a timer that times and dose the amount of coffee needed accurately, to bring about more consistent shots.

  • On Demand Grinder
  • For Small environment (20 cups or less a day)
  • Conic 48 MM
  • 900 RPM

Bezzera BB012 Commercial Coffee Grinder

Bezzera-BB012.jpg

The commercial coffee grinder plays a big part in helping the barista or a pool of users for office.
The Bezzera BB012 Coffee Grinder is definitely the best solution we can suggest for a commercial or environment.

We had studied numerous brands of commercial coffee grinders.
Bezzera is one of the few who really understands what’s important to coffee.

For a commercial or a bigger office environment, with consumption of over hundreds of cups a day.
The recommended pack size of beans to purchase is 0.5KG to 1KG, this should be sufficient for less than a week for office
For cafes, such smaller packings, help you to keep your coffee fresher.

The Bezzera BB012 Commercial Coffee Grinder’s hopper is at the most appropriate size at 1KG capacity.
The small amount of space limits oxygen and humidity in.

It grinds on demand, that will mean that the coffee isn’t left in powdered form until it’s required for use.
Coffee in powdered form oxidises much faster. The Bezzera BB012 Commercial Coffee Grinder is fast enough to operate for busy commercial use.

It has 2 settings of dosage, it will dose the amount of coffee needed accurately, to bring about more consistent shots.
This is critical if there’s many people handling the machine with different level of skills.

Though conic burrs are slightly more durable, burrs normally live only half it’s rated lifespan before starting to go blunt.
In a commercial environment, the sharpness is very important. You won’t want to have a burr that last longer but no longer able grind as fine.
Thus it’s recommended to have your burrs replaced regularly.
Bezzera intelligently choosed flat burrs for the Bezzera BB012 Commercial Coffee Grinder. As it brings the price lower, and the burrs are much cheaper to replace.
In every sense, it brings better value in the long run

  • On Demand Grinder
  • Commercial environment (20 cups or less a day)
  • Flat 64MM
  • 1400 RPM
  • Hopper Capacity: 1KG
  • Grinding Speed: 7.5KG Per Hour
