eating red meat actually reduces BP and requires (sea) salt to regulate it.

i actually had to spam salt when i realised i can get giddy at times.

High blood pressure (HBP) is likely due to eating too much carbs as 1g of carbs can retain as much as 3g of water...

Salt on the other hand, doesn't retain much water :s13:

Thanks for the info.

I just can't figure why its ok to eat Bacon and not Ham, despite both are processed meat? Only difference I guess is Bacon is more LCHF?

I totally adore Bacon but whenever I felt the saltiness, I can't help but to worry if my kidney can handle it. LOL

Furthermore, my only source of bacon is buying the Back Bacon from Cold Storage. Or is there a better option? :(
hmm. just eat bacon bah.

and look at the ingredients list...
