Hey guys, how do you stop the weight loss and just maintain ? Take in more carbs ? I hv started taking in some carbs on weekend and continue with LCHF on week days. But I hv gone down another 2 kg

Time to up your protein intake (1g for every kg) to maintain your muscle mass

Do more resistance training as well
