Hey guys, how do you stop the weight loss and just maintain ? Take in more carbs ? I hv started taking in some carbs on weekend and continue with LCHF on week days. But I hv gone down another 2 kg
try to manage ur protein/fat ratio and see how it responds... increase protein intake and monitor
