so little eggs and bacon :eek:

sigh. i tot i had 3 slices left. in the end only left 2 slices :(
and i made only 2 eggs. prepared today's lunch at 10pm last night after my jog.. so so so shack after jogging. just want to rot in bed

anw i just googled. its around 14grams of carbs in 1 vitagen.

btw... kellogs k actually has this diet plan for adults. replacing your meals with kellogs k and will see results in 2 weeks. :s11::s11:

It's not hard to gain if you are doing it properly...

I have already told you liao - eat clean (1g of protein for every kg of lean muscle including your target), eat the required calorie intake for your targeted weight and do hard (plus HIIT) :s13:

Failing which, you can always employ me as your personal trainer =:p

Can buy roasted ones from Cold Storage, Giant or NTUC - probably better choice than those braised ones :s13:

HUH.... a few restaurant had it leh!! so deceiving.

in a way or another food with the pyramid logo are still healthier than those without i.e. less sugar or salt or higher omega 3.

But still, maybe contain chemicals and preservatives.

ohh... no wonder i see my gymming friend eatting 4 potatoes and 2 fish in 1 sitting..
