any kind soul able to advise on the daily jobscope of senior officer?
understand that specialist is doing the hard work on the ground, what about the SO? Do they just handle special cases that the specialist brings up to them?
if you're shift team leader, you will handle all cases referred by JO. you are also responsible for your team performance.
you also have admin work on top of that; manage your team roster, training and courses.
office hours SO do office work depending on your job title.
thanks for the info !
saw in previous pages that local uni 2nd upper and above will enter as ASP.
any idea if it is still true ?
TIA
don't think these "standards" change, so should be true (im not in ica, just guessing).
another question, as this is a rotational shift job, if your colleagues fall sick and need to take MC, or need to take a day's urgent leave, is it frequent that sometimes there is a need to do double shifts (17hours total)?
JO seldom need double shift since manpower usually enough unless is near CNY or hari raya when those who cannot get leave will throw mc.
does anybody know whether recruitment is on-going recently?
